Microsoft Renews Contract with Algonquin Studios for Electronic Invoicing Services

BUFFALO, NY - Algonquin Studios, Inc. announced today that it has renewed its contract with Microsoft Corporation for electronic invoicing and bill payment support services. 

Under the agreement, Algonquin will continue to provide electronic invoicing and accounts receivable management services for four of Microsoft's divisions including Microsoft WHQL (Windows Hardware Quality Labs), Microsoft Events, Microsoft Studios and Microsoft Proforma.

Algonquin allows for Microsoft Partners around the globe to generate invoices through www.PayItYourWay.com that are sent directly to customers via email in PDF format.  Microsoft customers can use PayItYourWay to view, print or download invoices on demand as well as view all their invoice and payment history.

In addition, Algonquin provides an "ExcelARate" service to promote quicker payment on accounts receivable that reduces the average number of days that invoices are outstanding. This feature requires that Microsoft provide electronic data feeds for processing.
