Synergy Launches New Client ePortal on QuantumCMS

Synergy Global Solutions of Amherst, NY today announced the launch of its new Client ePortal web site. Built on Algonquin's QuantumCMS web site content management system, the ePortal allows Synergy to provide clients with real-time status reports for outsource IT services from Synergy.

"Prior to developing the ePortal, we had to generate reports on our own and send them to clients as a PDF attachment. Now our clients can check their reports anytime from anywhere, and we can now focus on other customer service issues," notes Patrick Delaney, Director Technical Support / Customer Service for Synergy Global Solutions.

Using QuantumCMS, Synergy sets up a client in the ePortal and provides the client with a username and password. After logging into the ePortal, the client is in a section customized for them, and the client only sees reports related to their services with Synergy.

"The process of setting up a client through QuantumCMS is quick and easy. The level of client satisfaction with ePortal has been great," observes Mr. Delaney, "and we are looking at new ways to service our clients through the ePortal."
