BUFFALO, NY (2007-08-29) Citizens will soon be able to log onto a brand new Buffalo Police Website. The Police Department says it will offer up to date information and an e-mail tip line. WBFO'S Eileen Buckley got a sneak preview.

The new site will include crime stats, Buffalo's most wanted information, maps of the five police districts, community involvement and breaking police information.

The site will allow citizens to report a crime on line or issue an anonymous tip. The Department hopes to launch the new site by next Monday. But if it is not ready by then DeGeorge promises it will be completed by the end of September.
