Algonquin Studios has localized, updated, developed and managed National Semiconductor's eight non-English web sites through its extensive array of language site management services. Algonquin Studios has been the multi-lingual developer and site manager for National Semiconductor from the original development stage through the existing bi-monthly content updating process. The development and implementation of Algonquin Studios' Transmerge multilingual localization workflow software enables Algonquin Studios to seamlessly serve National Semiconductor's significant international growth. Transmerge, which is an integral part of National's update process, enables Algonquin Studios to manage and monitor the translations for each of National's foreign language web sites. Transmerge's foremost benefit to National Semiconductor is its leveraging functionality. The leveraging capability allows National to utilize previously translated text for current multilingual projects, saving them from having to unnecessarily retranslate existing content while ensuring continuity across all translations.
