At the start of my time at Big Bear, Algonquin Studios inventoried and documented the existing computing environment. As part of that process, Algonquin identified weaknesses in our network. Algonquin planned and implemented a move to Cisco routers, firewalls and wireless access points. Algonquin also connected us to a business-class full T1 with Global Crossing. Finally, Algonquin completely replaced our network cabling. This secured our network and increased reliability and performance.
